Legend Structure
Generated legends follow academic standards:
- Figure Number - Sequential numbering
- Brief Title - Concise description
- Main Description - What the figure shows
- Data Details - Key statistics/measurements
- Methodology - Brief experimental context
- Statistics - P-values, significance markers
- Scale Bars - For microscopy images
